How Do I Return an Item?
If you need to return an item, you must call us at 207-512-5939 or email pampermydawg@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.
Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Spotty Training Place, and Doggie Dooley products.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
Include the Following with the Return:
Copy of the original invoice or packing slip
Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
Send to the address we provided you
If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 10% return fee. Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

All new, unused items can be returned within 20 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original box/packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories. Please submit an RMA request for approval before returning your item. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
All returns will be for a refund. Exchanges must be placed as a new order. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise. Shipping is nonrefundable for non-defective returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns. A return label will be provided if determined damaged/defective/mis-shipped. Additional details, photos, etc. may be requested
You should expect to receive a refund/credit memo within two weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund/credit memo more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit memo once we've received and processed your return. All returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a credit memo (store credit) to be applied against future purchases.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please visit our contact us page to send us a message.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please go to our contact us page to send us a message
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
